For more than 50 years, Sheldon Solow of Solow Building Company has designed, constructed and managed Manhattan’s finest collection of commercial and residential real estate. Solow’s holdings include 9 West 57th Street, his iconic 50-story black glass office tower, designed by Gordon Bunshaft and famed for its views of Central Park.

Solow’s residential portfolio also includes One and Two Sutton Place North, clad in his signature sleek black glass, and the Solow Townhouses, a modern interpretation of the classic Upper East Side private home.

Stefan Soloviev has been with his father Sheldon Solow's company for more than 20 years. In his current role as Vice President, Mr. Soloviev oversees and manages all of the firm’s existing and future projects. His unique vision and experience support a rich company legacy of cultural relevance and award-winning architecture.

Mr. Soloviev, who uses the original Russian family name, grew up in Manhattan and was educated at the University of Rhode Island and St. John’s University in New York. He has spent much of the past two decades building one of the country’s largest privately-held agribusinesses in the U.S., Crossroads Agriculture, based in Colorado, Kansas and New Mexico.
